While this might sound like a fantasy it is an easy, and obvious progression that arises from the realisation, not intellectually but experientially, that you have been guided not be me, but by your body through the entire process. It might sound new-agey, but I promise you I am one of the least woo-woo people you are ever likely to meet and assure you it’s quite the opposite.

There is no detoxing, juicing, or any other 'modality' that might be deemed pseudoscience. There is no mindless exercise, and a clear distinction is made between 'tired and sweaty' and 'better' - not always the same thing. There is no restrictive dieting, calorie-counting or meal plans not merely due to a lack of efficacy but because they only encourage further disconnection from the body. There is no supplement and/or equipment up-selling. My advice to clients comes from a position that has no self-interest beyond seeing them succeed - and they know that. This lends all recommendations a weight immediately compromised by any affiliation. Oh, and one final thing...
